Well the wether has not been to good in Birmingham again today but iv pushed on . The way i left the car on monday night was like this
One big hole well i got on today with it to put some thing in it and came up with this
Well then it was time to do the N/S and it came out like this
With a mondeo wheel fitted to see if all was lining up as it should and thank god its all looking good at the mo
Im just not happy with how mush iv had to wind out the TCA so i will be modding then at a later date

I fort it was some thing like that you was getting at . May be i should of cut them down to the seam but it would of only give me about 3 or 4mm more into the center of the car so for that amout im not botherd at all . And as Dave has said he has never sean one the same there all one off,s

Thanks mate my 3dr has 380bhp and if its damp on the road its so twichy im just going to be posh and have one of eash 2wd and a 4x4 with 380bhp so 
All so if i do wont to make it 2wd one day iv all so got

2wd bear
2wd arms

At least you get all 380bhp to the rear wheels, don't have to distribute that power to all 4 wheels. You'll regret it mate, they're fun in RWD

Nothing really, its just a means of running Cossie fitted suspension. But there are a couple of Focus Cossies that run on the standard strut top, but still slightly modified to accept eccentric mounts etc.

no ian ,sick people pm 'ing me with 2 grand offers ,keep telling them gone build there own for that, yer mabe a standerd shell ,,not long till yours done pal( fab work),mine going no were fast

Iv had a play to night as im off to london in the morning with work till friday so the wife said i could .
1st of was flip it over as it was work on the under side i wonted to starton
then the next job was to beef up the shock mount on the front as i was not happy with the under side of them
then when they were both done i moved on to one of the rear arches as the RS arches are a lot Bigger and wider i forgot to take a photo befor i put sealer on it but i think you can see wot iv had to do
Iv still got the uver side to do but i ran out of time and light but this shows you wot iv had to do
