I set my self a price dave on these and iv been bidding on them for about 5 weeks and i just keep getting out bid but i stuck to my guns it was less but there was Ł8 p&p so well chuft

well as Andy / Dingla has been working on his exhaust in his it made me lath as thats wot iv been doing this weekend on my focos as well

And the list of stuff to finish this car
wire the fuel sender
paint the hole out side of the car
fit the dash which is put away in the loft
fit the seats which are all so put away in the loft
put oil in all the diffs and gear box
get a pipe set for the rad and fit
get pipes set for the intercooler and fit
get some pipes for the brether all fittings are in place on the motor now
get the exhaust welded up . Dave is getting that sorted for me
get the seat belts and fit
windows
fuel filler neck from the window
wasted spark driver bord from MSD
all being well the injectors are sorted and on there way to me soon
I think thats about it for the mo

and i got this from ford fair nice 909 drop bracket off Matt and the alternater bracket for Ł10 from the auto jumble

I all so had one of these come for my front diff which is now fitted i will get some more photos up tonight as i sent the front diff cove to a place up the road to have oil drain welded into it as when you fill the diff with oil the only way to get the oil out is drop the cover or suck it out

How do you figure out what boxes to use on the system?
As I need to make an exhaust for the van's turbo engine, but not got a clue other than needs less back pressure?

I don't no my self mate Dave gave me the rear box which off a escort Cosworth for free I did ask on here is I could just run the rear box no reply so as I won't to run is on the track some times I fort it best to run a center box which is strate throw 3inch and only cost Ł40 and it's stanless steel . So I'm like you mate I will just have to see . If you need to get any stuff to make your pipe let me no as I no a place in Walsall that dose all the stuff you should need

Looking good Iain.. im serious considering using my FRS shell i have to do a focos... hmm
shame your so far away, i have a lathe and bits and need a lesson or 3

Small bit of a up date
One wasted spark driver bord thanks to MSD for help us out with this as we had 2 of them at the same time
and fitted
then tryed on the car
And the rev counter working all thanks to dave as he wired all the clocks up for me
Sorted the lights as i had some small problems but all sorted now
next on the list was to get the indecaters working right
the interior light working
dash lights working
and some pipe work sorted

Small bit of a update
Dave came round today with a prezzy . A very Big thanks to Mr Shep for welding all up for me i ow him one
All so this came
All so as the pipe was away being welded i got the down pipe off and rapd it up which im over the moon with the way it turned out
And for the first time last week i drove the car down the drive way turned it round and put it back its then it hit me just how bent the rear wing was me and Rex had a very good look at to try and come up with a fix it was iver splash out on a new one or cut it up so the plan for now was cut it up . wot i did was cut about 10mm from the drivers side to get the twist out of it then i drill down each of the legs with a 6mm drill and pushed 6mm all thread rod down the holes and at the same time i put fiber glass resin down the holes to fix the rods in place then i opened up the one side of the cut so i could push fiber glass past up and down the hole inside the ally plates were to hold it all in place till it all went hard which im glad to say is going very well now a lot of sanding work will need to be done but its looking good now
