aye Ben drove it up to the garage, going well but a bit hard to control on standard suspension!

Eclipse was pretty rotten mate unfortunately, stripped it bare though.

couldnt resist a wee blast round the block earlier, lads at local motorbike garage were a bit bemused when i went torque steering past with white wheel trims

 

ross whats the budget of putting one of these in mate? my brothers welding up the cab as soon as i get a new welder, fancy pm'ing me about the details was meant to ask you about it when you phoned earlier about that other one at my house. sounds along the lines of what im looking for in my decent cab shell!

costs will depend mate, i got the eclipse at a pretty good price i thought (Ł450) which included a very good 2.0 zetec, 130 spec inlet, throttle body, ecu etc, all the usual stuff was done to fit the mk4 and also had the RST box, Recaro's, brakes, fuel tank etc so just swapped everything over, plus i reckon i'll make about Ł100 back in bits I dont use.

really depends on the cost of the donor car/engine i reckon.

 

thats well cheap i wish i could find bargains like that.

can get a donor mondeo for the car for 350, 2.0 16v standard, would that be decent enough for it?

i'd say that was pretty overpriced for a donor car mate, i'd be paying about half that at the most for one.

popped round to see me at my place the other day and im very impressed how clean this is in real life as well, the pics simply dont do it justice ross!

p.s. will rip that carpet out for you once ive got ades saph out the way and try fire through.
