Thanks for the comments guys.
Had a few more parts arrive, still waiting for a few more and the the front suspension will all be back on.
New TCA's
Wheel bearing/drive shaft dust shield (only took 2 months to arrive after ordering them )
New drive shaft boots and clips etc
New inner cv joint (still awaiting another of these and 1 outer one)
Both drive shafts have also been stripped, blasted and repainted
and here is the near side drive shaft rebuilt
Here is the near side suspension in various stages of rebuild
shock and hub fitted
And finally with the driveshaft and lower arm fitted

Cheers for the comments guys.
The retail on each joint is Ł100 +vat
I had to get them through xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (they did 15% discount on them though) because when I enquired at the local ford dealer I was told they were no longer available .

just a small update - only took 3 months
all the brackets from the brake linkage have been blasted and powder coated
also had the fuel accumulator bracket done aswell
And these arrived yesterday
clutch/brake pedal rubbers & bushes
Just waiting on more parts now before I can re-assemble all this and change the clutch ratchet.

Thanks for the comments guys, it's much appreciated.
fomoco90 - For the blasting and powder coating i've used small companies that do it for cash, Its cost me about Ł80 for everything so far. Unfortunately I don't get my ford parts real cheap Only about 10% discount. Part of the reason it's taking so long

Lovely stuff, my astra is having the same treatment, and i am being fussy about stripping back reusable parts and painting them. Like you did with your shafts.
Out of curiosity, what did you use to spray them?
Cheers

Just another samll update:
Had a few more parts arrive
new clutch pedal
ratchet
and accelerator pedal cover
I have also cleaned up and painted the accelerator pedal
I have also fitted all of the above into the car now thankfully and what an absolute pain it was to do
That's it for now, I should be getting some more parts this week so I can do a bit more.

Ha ha! You're just like me. Whenever I go to Ford spare parts counter all the guys there try to hide or escape because I keep bugging them frequently with small 1 euro parts that need to be ordered from wherever one by one.
Nice work by the way.

Your right, with the exception of the gearbox & engine block everything else has been spray painted.
Here's the pictures of the brake servo/cross linkage and master cylinder fitted to the car
I have also re-fitted most of the inside today
