Giz a bell if you need any customer support , we have english call centres

engine painted, most bits bolted back on, need to sort cam trigger and paint rocker cover, no point rushing the build mate, otherwise end up with things not straight and scabby clips etc fitted.

Wheels will look o.k. but get some chunkier tyres on the back rather than the front. You'll find out why

4x4 or RWD, makes a tail happy Focus. Despite the Focus being wider than a Sierra, the Sierra still has more of a boot overhang over the real wheels. So nice chunky tyres that are preferbly wider would support the ass end a bit

had a local rally specialist pop up tonight with some goodies, very helpful and knowledgeable guy, i am using goodridge re-usable fittings.
master cylinder fittings

made a start on the brake lines tonight, i am using 600 series re-usable goodridge fitting and hose, might be of some interest to you.
ok this is how you recieve the fitting

cut hose to length using fine tooth saw and splay the bria dback and insert olive onto end, takes a little practice and a little effort, but this is one fitted

Nice Ja but wots with 2 fittings on the first port ???

All so with the pipe going throw that hole and then onto the brake it will rub and fail in time

yeah need to fit rubber grommet mate, on the cosworth master cylinder the front port feeds the front brakes and the rear feeds the rear, the middle fitting is for the abs mate

Ja i would look it to that a lot more mate as my 3dr is piped up like this 1st port front brake port 2 which is center runs the rear and port 3 runs the uver front brake

And as to putting a rubber grommet i would not do it i would drill a hole and bolt the fitting so it dose not move all so the focus has a brakit to do this inside the wheel arch have a look it has a star shape hole in it

yes i an running the ABS but it makes no difference 3 pipes go to it and all 3 pipes come out . 2 pipes run the front and 1 runs the rear
