i'm away on holiday but popped back to cardiff to pick my shell up and i'm so pleased i wet myself with excitement.
i couldn't help myself i had to bolt something on lol

Small update tonight been bolting diff, fron crossmember etc in tonight and sprayed first coat onto inlet.
more to follow tomorrow

Chuck the 2WD inlet plenum and get a 4x4 one, very cheap but great difference. Then spray them seperately before putting them back together with stainless allen key bolts. Will look better and less of a ball ache for you to realise and have to remove it from the head whilst on the car.

Neither am I But the plenum cover would make a huge difference to your engine build, won't cost you much and will make a better fun road car. Mine was only 40 quid Seeing as you've really gone pretty much all out with repainting the whole shell and building it from the ground up, would be a shame not to

small update , stripped, cleaned and first coat of paint on driveshafts and steering rack, but quite shocked at damage to one of the cv joints ????
oh and also bought new cv and rack gaiters from Matt Lewis

they are fab mate, i live in caerphilly, Simon one of the partners is a friend, excellent service and a top job, it has yet to be flatted and polished yet, what you see is straight from the paint gun.

more cleaning today and painting and these arrived yesterday
steering rack and coilovers fitted
removed rear coilovers from wifes car
and for Dingla, photo of sealer around strut tops

Beautiful finish just from the gun
I like it when suspension and engine cradle components look nice, clean and rust free. Gotta buy shares in WD40 to keep it that way
