get more satisfaction doing it yaself...!?! although i'v had a fair amount of help of my mate, so i cant take all the glory
but yeh using a blacktop engine

bit of an update...

got my feul rail, fuelab filter and pressure reg back from south coast performance finally as they needed to make and adaptor so my earl's fitting's would fit the fuel rail...
anyway, here's some pic's of them fitted...

got my bumper back aswel as my mate that was going to mod it is moving house, so thought it would be best to get it out of he's way for time being
put the splitter up against it so you can see how much bigger it is to a mk5 bumper...

sorry dude, bonnet's staying, i prefer it to a normal buldge bonnet and grill, and it add's the mean/aggressive look im going for

i think you should have a go with the splitter and sell me the rubber one you have :thumbsup:

really want this splitter dont ya na i couldnt part with it, it just completes my front end, if the other one was half easy to fit i would and part with the rubber, bit its just soo much work

if i can get a cheap rs2k bumper in red i might send them to a friend to get modded for the other splitter, ill give you a shout if it ever happens and mines for sale

im not to sure when it'll be on the road really, dont want to say just incase i jynx myself... would like to have it done by ford fair though, that way i can give it a blast round the track providing it's run in and mapped properly by then... can only keep my finger's crossed for the time being.

can anyone tell me where i can get the braided wireing sleveing(sp?) stuff from?
want to try and do some of my engine wireing harness soon, but want to wrap it with the braided stuff so it can look as neat as pos...
any help would be awesome!!

You need to move your coilpack 180 degrees, thats why your HT leads don't fit.

you tithead ive got a fiesta not an escort!!lol and speaking of help i need a lift with the 2ltr lump for the fez on the weekend if you can. and ill give you a hand doing the exhaust and fitting electrical stuff so i can start the wiring, i wana hear it run!!!!

yeh can give ya a hand with the lump, having a drink tonight for kat's birthday, which could possibly turn into abit of a heavy one, so i dout i'll be about befour mid day lol

need to get the esc cos rad and my nice shiney i/c mounted up tomorrow hopfully, need to fab some bracket's out of something though...? you got any decent bracket making fodder?

that would be a good idea, but once i chop my bumper it'll be blaitant there's an intercooler behind it

might give it ago anyway, if it look's pant's i'll just spin it back round to nice shiney alloy

where the middle hole is on the bumper, im just chopping that out abit more... like this...

need to extend the bumper somehow aswel so it tie's in with the wider cossy arch's, god no's what im going to do about that...??

just stretch the bumper over and bolt it in position, its only a few mm each side, dont worry about that just do the exhaust for now

the trusty toolbox on a stick!!! then you will fuyk the paint!
its only got to go a tiny bit

as for my welder i didnt break it the shroud is fuked from constant use ive got hiq, au, south coast, me , and you using it now coz its just an awsome welder "snap on only the best!!!"

snobby git with ya flash tool's

got all the intercooler/boost pipe stuff plumbed in properly today look's
just need you to sort the wireing now, so i can bolt in all in properly, you got another welder tip thing yet?
