Front bumper fitted back on along with wings and bonnet,
There is a bow in the bumper were the grill goes, the reflection makes it look worse than it is as you can see in the last front bumper pics from the side it's hardly there at all but in the first couple of pics its just bad reflection, can't see it at all once grill is fitted,

Bit of a parts update for today
Had a -12 fitting welded to my sump for the turbo oil return as i want that Aeroquipped as well, had it welded on at an angle as it is very close to the block so this gives extra clearance to be safe
![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v104/CHICKAROO/MK6%20FIESTA%20JWRC%20COSWORTH%20PROJECT/IMG_1532.jpg)
Picked up some bits and bobs i had zinc passivated, parts for alternator and throttle body and Aeroquip power steering rack adapters along with my set of M14 group a wheel nuts

The same firm also anodized a load of my alloy parts for me,
Wrc bladed anti roll bar brackets, drop links, cam trigger sensor mount, 5 bar map sensor manifold and 12 washers for eccentric top mount bolts

I am still 50/50 whether all these red anodized parts will look good when fitted but worst comes to worst i can re do the whole lot at a later date another color as it's cheap to do but time will tell
The other parts update is stuff arriving from Mark @ MK Motorsport,
Got my front and rear steering arms through

I already had rose joints for the front steering rack to steering arms but had to make some spacers on the lather to fit them nicely to the steering arm so made up some little inserts, i know the bolts are a bit long so they are gonna be replaced with shorter ones soon enough

Mark from MK Motorsport has also supplied me with larger group a type bearings for the billet uprights, these have had a radius machined onto the outer race so it can sit tight up against the flange,
The bearings on the left are standard with no added/extra radius and the ones on the right you can see have a larger radius machined onto the outer race to allow it to but up tight

Mark is now cracking on with the billet uprights and sleeves for my standard flanges so should have an update on them by the end of the week maybe,
BIG thanks to Mark @ MK Motorsport for these parts

Thats coming along really awsome. ![Clap](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/9c-clap.gif)
you were mentioned the black, are you going to be spraying your grill and front end grills black instead of the std gray? also a nice touch might be spraying the gray in the head light black and the crome rings to match the car?????
just a thought, did it to my car except was all matt black.
top job.

Thanks guys ![Top](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/smile011.gif)
Gaz has done a truly stunning job with the painting transforming it to what it is to look at now, as for being too good for track abuse well I do agree but it was built soley for the track with no intention of show use or even road use although it will be taxed and mot'd for ease of moving about etc,
If after a while it's starting to show signs of the abuse and track life then it will go back to Gaz for a new lease of life, as long as he's happy to do it, for him a repaint is no big deal so there no reason to be scared to use it,
Just having a tidy up ready for it's home coming as it's amazing how much mess you make when the cars not in the garage lol massive tidy up needed,
Also been stripping a few parts of the escort gti daily drive after an engine failure which means it's getting scrapped, had to drain the fuel out as still £40 in it,
High lift jack came in handy![Surprised](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/bigcry.gif)
