nah mate when its being painted they are dropping everything off as he has a hydrolic ramp he is painting it on. deal was "i dont care how u do it but if u get paint on it ur the 1 cleaning it off lol"

well i got home yesterday & picked the up from paintshop, very very happy with it & looks proper smart (esp the bay all smoothed)

bit crappy pics as donkey old nokia phone lol






used 8 ltrs of paint on it! but everywhere has been painted white so yourde never think it was a black shell ( no rooflineing in etc..)

gotta pick the bonnet up next week

ello mate, engines still in bits atm, will start building it up in next 2 weeks & get it fitted

car wont be done for another few months yet but alls good so far

they are very hard 2 get hold off, old skool tsw evos's

bit more of an update on the car 2day, got a few bits fitted onto the car & all fitted all new clip bolts screws

new headlight adjusters


new orange indicators, standard l bumper & ends fitted


new standard rear lights & new standard l bumper ends


new headlights fitted (waiting for top screw/bolts), new standard grill & top tint screen & all side winodws in (opending rear quarters) also fited doors up inside with e/w motors/rubbers/mirros etc.. & got rear boot gas rams on & new number plate lights, clip/screw set fitted



also got annodised blue collins engine mounts fitted to the front bed ready for engine to go in

local bloke painted it, gotta best best prep/painted around, worked for big custom car firm but gone self employed.
does big small jobs, accident repairs etc.... mine had 8ltrs of paint on it & u should see the finish on it... amazeing

doenst charge megga money either, sumthin like this would have cost in excess of 2k anywhere else, i chopped in my old cossie in on a deal 4 the paintjob

bets 2 let me know what u got/details & i'll get a rough price if u want as hes a paint 2 get in contact with if u dont know him

nah mate 15" steels all the way, do like the evos but will be rapid on the 15's & prob drive allot nicer

i'll be puitting a few little odds/sodds back on this week & then maybe start rebuilding the engine ova the next 2 weeks. im home for 6 weeks & want 2 get running gear all in by the time i go away then maybe get it all sorted when i get back

deadline is june for the classic ford show at santapod
