old sierra chassis has been cut off as i will be useing the escort chassis rails
i can see the diff flange so im in the rite direction!

tunnel stiched into chassis at sides, front & rear
bit of trimming welding trimming welding around the front
not ground down yet but i butt welded it in so should grind down nice & flush
next job was fitting the floor pans:
passengers front was 1st to do:
the pan trimmed dwon to suit tunnel
& after/fitted
passenger side rear floor before
got the floor pan trimmed down to suit tunnel
& after/fitted
my mate testing it out
both passenger side floors seam welded in
was gonna stop here but had nothing better 2 do so got stuck into the drivers side rear floor
the hole!
floor trimmed to suit once more
& after/fitted
just the driver front to go, another job for another day!
final pic of 3 floors fitted
pic front front, looks good as u can se the diff flange
then thought is the dash gonna fit back in with the tunnel????????

yer im happy with the way its goin so far, should look tidy once all bits are cleaned/tidied up & have a fresh coat of paint over it all.
now gonna make a new gearbox mount up so engine & box bolt in ok, make new prop up then start doin exhaust & a fuel tank before i flip it ova again to tidy uunderside
