I currently was given a little mk6 fiesta flame by my father, its a 1.4duratec engine at the moment and hopefully planing to convert it to a 2.0zetec or duratec, I know my way around a car but ill admit never tryed something like this before. As i was given the car for nothing i entend to throw at least a few grand into it but i need to know if,or what problems ill have trying 2 fit a 2.0 or wiring it up, any1 done it b4 or know anything???

 

I have a same car end gather info of all kind for zetecE-ST170(duratec) from Focus engine swap! Is this conversion are possible?

Any conversion is possible, the duratec out of the Fiesta ST is the easier option.

OR you could go scrappy hunting and find them their for alot cheaper.

If getting the parts from the scrap yard then make sure the speedo clocks, ecu and pedals are from the same car.

Also the the ST170 is a cable throttle as apposed ot a fly-by-wire on the mk6 flame and ST.
