UPDATE TIME

Tabetha and I got the car back to get it running and a base map done to get it running ok to get it 10miles up the road to Emerald....... Dave had set a very basic map which was a standard cossie map on the ecu. my cossie is far from any of the spec i had. anyway i turned it over and too my suprise within 2 turns it started and idle spot on from cold and was sounding good.
Tabetha sat there with the laptop just adjusting fuel as it was getting warm it was badly overfueling then couple of mins later a nasty noise then engine went dead.

At closer look the cam pully bolts had come out without going into too much detail this went a building mistake but a sabotage on the car as it had been checked on many times also we found other things someone had loosened etc like said cant explain who and were its happened yet but ill keep you posted.

Off come the head to find my worse thought 8 bent inlet valves

so we decided to take the whole engine out again and whilst i was there i thought....... bollox im going do the whole car to everything i want as winter is here and i cant bring it out in this sort of weather. so i decided i would

I couldnt believe the weight ive took out when i took the ABS loom ABS ECU and all the modules and also the PAS pipes and tank. i must have took over 15kg out

Fit Bias Pedal Box
Remove PAS and fit a 2.2 turn quickrack in.
Get a motorsport Main loom with just the wires i need for lights etc.
paint the interior and engine bay
polycarb windows
fuel cell setup in rear

so it all come apart Tabetha, Rob (business Partner) and I ripped everthing out
Pics of Damage

Engine bay

Inside the car

some updates will be coming soon thick and fast!!!!

A man locally here PJD wiring but he works for Lotus aswell is doing it he done my Engine loom proper jobs i think the standard wiring loom looks tatty and you dont need 2/3ds of the wires that are there.

No transit still sits here havent touched it drilled the lock hole out still cant get it to open ;p;

Hi Roosie. Check the regs for both Pre-93 and BOSS before choosing the gearbox. Think you might find the sequential box is not permitted. Obviously this is only if you want to race with either of these series. Craig

Pre-93 is my main priority but I have done a few BOSS races this year for fun. Even though my car is built for the production based 93 championship, it has been competitive in the BOSS races which include the more heavily modified cars. Next year I intend to concentrate again on pre-93 and defend my championship title .

little update not been spending much time on this due to racing but i have refitted the engine after having the bay resprayed. im running a lot of areoquip now trying to do the whole bay. Change my pulleys from the Quaife ones to some nicer ones imo.
removed all the ABS and Cable Clutch it looks so much better without all the junk in the way. PAS is all removed.
