Default cvh tunning

ok so i have just bought my first cvh ford, its a 1.6 xr2i,its in prety good nick, small rust patch below back pas window only now its starttin to bubble around petrol cap (nothin to worrie bout yet) and a few minor marks wen the last owner has toutched it up in parts.

i have put on the original xr2i alloys.

im not quite suer on what to do on the tunning side of things and i would be open to some helpfull sugestion from anyone.
im not looking to spend aa fortuine but i aint gonna scrimp lol.

as for the bodywork im planning something for that but its just trying to find the time.so i will be keepin it posted on any updates.

so im lookin for some ideas on the engine.would be very greatfull

thanks alot,Andy

st170 engine.. there not that much really.. fit a rst gearbox...

then you got sweet power and no head ache with a rs turbo as they always need something.. trust me on this lol.

i have been lookin for a tidy frst engine on ebay but nothin has stould out yet.

and i saw in a fastford mag someone has put a st170 engine and gearbox in a fiesta mk3.

i also have been lokin into a zvh engines aswell.im getting to know whats involved and needed.Luca has a crackin 2.1 6 speed zvh.(he is in the fast ford)

but so far im leanin towards the frst engine.but would like to hear other peoples opinions.
