Managed to find a stone chip and it looks to be a black/dark grey primer.

A couple of pictures that show the colour under light

No problem the second pic isnt of mine , but it is the car that made me change my wheels and shows the colour through its full spectrum.
I will ask on one of the porsche forums about primer.

result mate , were starting to claw bk the extra time ricks has taken lol ,

mine , id say 2 - 3 weeks there aint a mountain of things to be done , yeah we have to mount the rear end

but the rest is more intricate jobs to finishing the fab work but as with all karls work , it takes a little longer as he wont scrimp on the end result .

lol it frustrates me sometimes when we were putting the floor in and he would spend twenty minuites welding and grinding bk a few pinholes

id say " what u doing , you wont even see them when its all done and sealed " ?

hed just reply " yeh but id know ther there !!! "

has deffo changed my way of thinking to soing anything the best that i can now , and when people say hurry up ect , it doesnt bother me in the slightest . end of the day its me who has to be happy with the car when its finished ,
