You'd get there just as they were finishing .

Shame about Mark and Harvey, would have been a good opportunity to bury the hatchet - perhaps I should have chosen my words more carefully LOL.

Have had contact with Topgear mag & they are comming along to see what happens & I hope this will lead to more exciting things next year.
Not sure if 'on the spot' Chip highlights will be allowed this time, we shall see.
Great news as i said yesterday Rod best of luck to you both how do you fancy a run against a yellow swede next year

Harvey's got that date free if you want to use his dyno .

Would mean I can come as well, as it's only 75 mins away . You'd do it if you loved me .

Simon's isnt, but doesnt claim to be, its just a no nonsense nice accurate dyno, like your old mans probably is.

Problem is though, your dad's customers got misled (the ones punted his way by Mike) via years of mike bullshitting people that it still was TUV approved when it wasnt, and rattling on about how important that was, so the comment about was just a joke about the way Mike misled all his customers, either cause he simply didnt know what he was on about, or cause he wanted to mislead them, personally Id like to think it was the former, as although he's a bit simple about engines and dynos and things, i wouldnt like to think of his as dishonest.

Anyway, as always his intention with any MAD thread is to send it off the rails as he cant stand the fact that MAD make so much more powerful engines than SCS do or something, so im sure he is sat there happy by now.

Shame really IMHO, but hey ho, its only the internet i guess, doubt Mark cares too much, he always seems to have more work wanting him than he has time for anyway so its not like he needs threads to advertise him.

Completely off topic, but still of interest ( to me ), Rod, are you still on the Zoo rear beam/ Jag 10.5" diff and special shafts/prop? ... I take it it is a powerlock unit, what ratio does it work out to?? Have you got any photos you wouldn't mind posting up?

I might be buying a complete unit secondhand so very interested to know your thoughts on it.

Yes been using them for a few years now & no probs with beam or Diff have broken 2 sets of shafts, I use a 3.54 powerloc from a Diamler Limo, with a .83 5th gear in the TKO, picked it up for the cost of some wine (£20) spent £400 on a complete overall & its been bullet proof so far. Dont have any pictures its a long time ago.
