they do cut real easy & it keeps the steel flat to which is surprising as it cuts on three edges at once .

Excellent work Andy Dont forget to cut the hole for the heater blower now :P
RE the Bodyline stuff - I did think when you mentioned it earlier they had gone out of business a few years back but then thought it might be a difference in scottish/ english suppliers. Its a shame really, I used to have to get all sorts of different brands from a few different suppliers just to fill the hole one single supplier had left.
Anyways, keep up the good work Andy

finish off the reinforcing plates so i can bolt a x member on ,make the raised bit of the trans tunnel for the gear stick ,weld on a tow eye on the front or two then weld in some 3mm plate for the roll cage to locate on then make a new cage picking up the suspension points ,buy & fit new pedal box to cage & make new steering column .then its priming & sealing stone guard then top coat

Pics of the heater lol
As I'm wondering what one to put in mine, the one you had I was going to run as I'm not running ducting etc just want it blowing into the cockpit area as I am also running heated windscreen.

its only a modified standard item, the centre is wrapped in aluminium and riveted on and sealed, and the air intakes are plates with tubes so you can vent the intakes up to the scuttle panel trim.
it was for a crap rule from the MSA about the heater being able to draw in fumes and fire if the engine bay caught fire - didnt matter that the reast of the box was plastic and would melt anyway !
