Fucking hell I though Steve only knew how to use the 'answer' button!

Good progress though Will you be having the chassis all stripped down to be powdercoated or just gonna paint it up?

Oh and get the decats on the 911, you know it makes sense... less future repair bills They flame like fuck then too!

Edit: Here is a nice little idea of how a white 'caterfield' would look with cage etc... quite nice imo

I think you've put all the weight saved by the carbon fibre back in, in the form of the most over-engineered air filter bracket in the world ever!

Looks nice though!

Yeah it definately needs the same GT3076 based engine that the 3 door had, would be fucking crazy fast then!

Yes mate. Chassis will all be nicely painted up.

Dont forget its having brand new wider wishbones at the back anyway...

they are in stock at stus and waiting to go on...

new wider drive shafts also waiting, new diff as well... and new coilovers...

Its going to look all sparkly and new back there. Don't worry dude

How much work would it be to strip the car down to bare frame then have to powder coated?

Indeed, my mate Neil with the yellow vauxhall powered one, who is an accountant who was bascially "shit at cars" when he started, built his in less hours from scratch that Stu who is a bit of a mechanical god, has put into yours by now I reckon!

Same problem I have with my nova, i keep re-engeering stuff that was there before, if I just started from scratch it would have been MILES easier, and ended up better too.
