Ive heard of the stuff your using on your loom it's very flexible and heat/abrasion resistant but cant think of the name for it

Depending on how much you need really depends where to buy it from. Some places sell it by the metre, others sell it in reels.

I'd probably have shrunk and sealed everything only once I knew the loom was tested, everything was definitely the right length, pins properly inserted/locked and so on, makes rework a lot easier.

Also, i've not yet drilled the hole in the bulkhead so if for whatever reason I have ended up a few mm out, it's easily rectified

Few quick pics of todays work:
Ident labels arrived for the engine loom:
Power distribution box all fused up:
Fuse and relay box filled:
Then got the dash stuff powered up:
More later hopefully!

great effort will and iam looking forward to seeing it go , did you know that theres a 60mm and a 70mm diffuser for the jenvey plenum? 70mm was used on a high powered evo engine , they made it about 2 weeks after i ordered mine but said they would swap it which was a bonus

Hi Paul,
Yes, the one i'm mocking up my loom on has the 70mm one, ideal really as my throttle body is 68mm!
Anyhoo, did a little more tonight with my mate Spud helping.
Made good use of the ident labels:
Clear sleeved:
Connector terminated:
Et voila:
Same fun and games on crank sensor:
