Default Sapph Engine Bay Smooth Up

Done this a short while ago and forgot about it, thought Id just put up a few pics of a job we have recently done for a mate.

The engine was coming out for a rebuild and freshen up before it is upgraded to stage 3 from its previous stage 1 tune.

Anyway while it was out he decided he wanted to be a little different and fancied smoothing the engine bay up by taking all those little holes out. All holes were welded up and ground flat and then the bay was prepped and painted and is sitting waiting now for him to get his engine bits together so I can build it.

Anyway the engine bay.........

Ill post more pics up as and when/if we ever progress. Lol

will you have to redrill all the holes to mount everything or did you mark them out?

alot of the holes were not used anyway, but the stuff that needed holes are getting moved or hidden so it looks alot cleaner, bit of a euro look.
