after a mammoth stint of about 5 hrs and masses of help (well 95% of it cos im only a lefty atm lol) from fingerz we got the damn thing built up again and in the car!!!!
my new gearbox all fitted up with a helix 4 paddle clutch
all me mounts have been powdercoated (less said about that the better eh tim???) and the majority of the bolts are either new or been zinc plated (cheers billyC )
ignore the rocker cover just a temp one, inlet still needs to go on and the rest of the loom finished but we should be able to get most of that out the way tomoz. had the pistons reskimmed to drop them below the block as even the new ones sat proud a tiny bit, but we just didnt want to risk it
hopefully very soon we shall be running in again

and a damn site better than before faulty map sensor again caused us some agro but easily sorted good oil pressure n no rattling!!!!!

we set about replacing my 4 paddle with an organic today as the 4 paddle was fooked 
but it was raining, not a problem we whipped the gazebo out and had our own pit area 
not much to show on a clutch change but... during
then we moved onto tidying some wiring and fitting the zetec s clocks
