Pretty much spot on .
With spare wheel, MDF parcel shelf and toolkit (without driver) it weighs 1477kg, with this removed (as in how I run it on track days) it is 1446Kg (without driver). With me in the car, this goes back up to 1523kg, so about the same as Harvey's car with his fat son and Harvey in it (as they're both well over 100kg) !

PassionFord Post Whore!!
Wow, Fat-escos
not read your post for a long time, so was all new reading from pg1. Good read.
What power did it make @ Harveys and ATP at the current spec?

Hi Mike,
Does your tire pressure/temp gauge show just a average temp, or can it give inside, middle and outer tread temps of each corner?

Dan,
It is measuring only the temp of the air inside the tyre, NOT The tyre itself. This gives you an idea on how hard the tyre is working.
The only way to do what you are saying is with a probe immediately the car comes to a halt.
The reason for the quick release tyre monitor is so that this can be swapped over easily when the wheels are, as the sensors are inside the tyre valve inside the tyre and are encoded to the particular monitor (so you don't pick up everyone elses at a track day ).

Cheers for reply Mike.
Is there any way this could be adpated to red said temps,
i usually use a temp gun, but like the idea of a monitor.

Cheers Mike.
Abit of wish for thinking on my part,
its just probe / temp gun method has its own faults (on trackdays situations)
due to cool down lap and delay from hard use to temps being taken.
