Not got a print out Jim but it was said to be around 400 - hopefully should get a power figure at some time over the summer.

Update time - Bodyshop again
The upper spoiler paint cracked around the cap holes after it was painted at the end of summer 08 so finally got around to sorting that, the front bumper is having the scratch the AA caused around the tow eye and the arches are all being rolled
back to allow the car to run low with out rubbing on the back under load.
Pictures and progress to follow tomorrow.

I have a proper rolling tool which looks like a scissor jack, we'll be heating up the arch until it's too hot to touch then rolling the metal - due to the mounting points on the arches being removed only half of the screws can be used so it will have to moulded on as half the plastic width is being cut away.

What strips mate
Been onto the company who deal with them and have just filled out the damage questionaire so we'll see - well they have 3 choices. pay up off my claim - Solicitors will deal with it - insurance deal with it
shit luck mate my rims were anodised outers and were not much duller than having polished. No hassle cleaning them all the time then.
I know what you mean about damaging the car everytime it goes out mines been like that recently and i have only driven it about 4 times since i have had it

i know how it is mate, i never got round to doing mine on my 3dr, afterfitting coilpack was too busy enjoying it, and to be honest i didnt really need the rev counter, you can tell how high up the rev range it is by the way its screams
