Kev ,Not sure if you know as I didnt, if you have the same rack as mine the spline is different to the standard escort coupling. I bought a WRC coupling from dewits and fabricated/modified my column to suit (before I gof a full works column).

I discovered this last minute lol, hopefully it helps

Not noticed it was different?

I still have the collum that came out of the original GrpA shell and it was rolloing/steering when I got it, so I'll take a look if that collum is different.

Got a couple of quick raks up unit, I'll have a look at them too, to make sure now you've said.

Enjoying working on it again mate, doubt ill get it finished this year but itll only be a couple of things holding me off, the main thing is this year I plan to have it looking like a car lol

Get all misc done like brakes, loom, fueling, lights etc

Two choices on mapping - Harvey for dyno and Reyland for r/r.

Tempted now to go Martin as he is only down road and means i can get engine in, plumb sump in also.

I got the van to play with in summer to keep me occupied lol

had to slice the sign board at EVERY box section on one side so it would curve without it being under strain and trying to straigten out.

Bit pissed off now, after the trip to Kent Cam to have cams spec'd up, I just folded the paper up they gave and put it in the cam boxes, didn't read it untill now.

Gave head to a pal to set my valve clearances up as I haven't the patiants to do it tbh, he rang me today saying Kent haven't provided valve clearances, just the lift and duration etc

Mountune wont share info Matman has offered to look into it for me see if he can help, but now I just feel like binning all the Maxi cams and buying new, but also can't be arsed as it's more expense just because I can't get spec's.

Fed up.

Not a clue mate, I rang Mountune couple years back and couldn't get any info off um.

Matmans shared his clearances with me, fair play to him for it. But not a clue if all Mountune cams used in the 2K's would use same clearances.
