The lads finished the main prep on the shell today, and fuck me have they put the hours in!!
The filler cap has been welded up and smoothed over and the new roof skin has been made the right shape again and various little digs have been taken out.
The pics do the talking

What was the filler cap area
Andy@spraysystems blowing all the dust out of every nook and cranny prior to the car going in the booth to be panel wiped and masked
Then priming starts!!
Got the buzz back for this car today, bigtime
After it dragging on for so long while AG had it and while Andy had tried to get it done alongside having to run a busy paint shop, its all started to come together now.
Hopefully, all being well, the build starts proper next week

car should be painted by friday was at andys again today he even took me out in the nobel fookin hell what a car i shit meself hopefully pickin the last few parts up friday if there ready then maybe start buildin it up next weekend

Liking this project alot my focus is in many pieces atm for a colour change and it takes a shed load of time for prep ect you must have alot of man hours in this build. What colour are you going for?

the car is painted and looks amazin iv been fitting the dash fuel tank and areoquip in place andy and the lads have been busy all week finishing it of and lineing all the pannels up today fink dave will get som pics up tomorrow hopefully if he gets the electrics sorted wensday/thursday picking up the last parts up from reyland friday and hopefully we will be goin for the engine next saturday carnt wait nearly there
