I have some similar carbon fibre for my clocks as you. I need it as ive modded the binacle for a different rev counter. How did you cut the carbon out to get a neat finish. The indicator light cut outs look tricky lol.

Small update on the bootlid.
Inside i had to weld in the inner bracket that the light will bolt in to.
The holes will be made bigger so i have some adjustment with the light as it was hard to get it in the right place and weld it.
Bare metal ready for filler ,you can just notice the weld marks from the bracket on the top of the boot.
Holes drilled ,had a bit of trouble getting the drill in the gap but the light fits perfect.
First skim over the welds filler fiberglass mix.
Thats all for now more soon ,also working on something with the wheels
got the idea of a bmw i saw in a mag ,think it works well what do you think ,thanks to Sticker Paul for doing them and posting to me

Bet that was a bitch to get right on the wheels Dave? I actually quite like it, although if you'd tried to explain what you were doing, i would have though

Boot lids coming along nicely, think you should get a new " bonus " sticker done in black for when it's painted though!

Small update today ,rubbed the fiberglass down to accept the first skim of filler ,not a big update as its soooooo cold.
