I think the number plate lights are a spot on idea, and will go very well with the rest of the subtle mods.
The boot lit brake light im not 100% on, it will be better if you can acquire a light and give a visual of how it would look.
As with most of your mods though im sure it won't dissapoint

wow mate, its never ending. lovin the boot light idea, would like that on my car as i havethe line smoothed out, but the boot light kinda lets a otherwise totally smooth bumper down. cant wait to see it all work out mate

I used to have a VW Polo 3rd brake light mounted in the tailgate handle on my Saxo. Also did a Cougar brake light mounted in a smooth tailgate on a mates Saxo once (See Redline feature circa '01). I think it'll look reet good

The flush number plate lights are a STROKE OF GENIUS and i already know before seeing the end result that it will look
However,i,m not quite sure about the centre brake light. But as someone above has said"IF IT DON,T LOOK RIGHT,YOU CAN SIMPLY PUT YOUR OLD ONE BACK ON".
Keep up the good work. And remember......KNOW WHEN TO STOP!..

Popped out to the scrappy today on the off chance and came home with a bmw bootlid
Had some damage on the top so was perfect for me for the conversion. took the loom aswell out the boot so i had the right connections for the lamp.

As you can see the inner skin is bonded on that holds the light in place, this needs to be removed and rebonded in when the welding is done.

On the bmw boot the hole for the brake light has a small recess around it this would be a long job to get in to the escort boot so it is better to do it and easier to cut it out this way
