so did you ever finnish this?
i cut off the orginal mounting point on the chassis then put engine n box in mine n made up a custom mount to fit. worked well but bonnet has to be on raisers as it touched on the under bonnet vent plates (rst bonnet) could remove the plate on the o/s but then water just goes onto the alt belts so i used some spare heatshield ally and made up a cover for the belt and had no problems since. mines been put away for winter now though but i used it all through out the summer with no probs, gonna build a 2.3 for it though BUT i had a zetec in the mk4 before the I4 and i think its a great engine!
