it's not actually a bad idea, as it could be change in a few hours, but i will know if it works with a pre test

then if foked i'll have to change it back to the 1.9 and fit the diff in the 1.9 box, which isn't too ack..lol

std fuel pump in the tank to fill the swirl pot

and a GRP A cosworth pump to feed the engine

chose the cossie pump as it has screw fittings both ends

Must be such a little rocket! Done an awesome job here

I've been talking of building a 205 for AGES, closest i've been was a 16v 106 Rallye last year. Honestly most fun i've had in a car.

Mate of mines building a BTCC spec lump for his 306 Rallye atm thats meant to rev to 9250 and will be 265-270hp IIRC

Deffo gonna get a 106 or 205 started by the summer after seeing this though

Good luck getting it finished.

more of an update

Front shocks/hubs/shafts/arb are all in place now, just need to tighten all the bolts


stud and nut conversion sorted now too

will be running in no time

looking great mate

what stud and nut conversion did you use? looking to do it on the 205 rally car, (you might have seen my post about the baby pink one )
I have spoken to a few people about them and most people seem unconvince with the qualty of most of the kits especally when the wheels are going to be on and off all the time

yeah PAS done on weekend, now all sorted


Just pulled carpet up etc today. i will find it Hopefully be able to see whre its coming from now. As will be driving around with carpet up and newspaper down
