Car looks stunning fella................
I wish Max would of stayed on 17`s tbh, but i guess the big AP 6pots would struggle under 17`s

Update:
New Lucus Alternator has turned up thanks to CosKev3
All that was needed was the old screws taking out & replaced with some longer ones to fit the heatshield....
Job Jobbed & will fit tonight.
Hopefully with a new battery that will be the end of the alternator problems. While it's all off, im gonna make a heat shield for the engine mount aswell to stop as much heat as possible doing any damage etc...

Update:
Alt issues are finally sorted.....(Fingers Crossed)
Fitted it & left it, so took it the Cheshire meet on Wed & all seems ok. Nice healthy 13.7v constant. Also fitted the new MSD fan switch & it's doing it's job & not draining anything or staying on for too long.....
Heat Shield & wires lagged up...
Just need to get the PS pump on now as mine failed on Wed or should i say Kelv broke it as he was too busy out enjoying himself & doing donuts

glad you got it sorted mate, i now get exactly 14v after changing mine, it must have been dodgy for some time as it used to be lower than that, what did yours used to read?

I never have had the fan problem, although I do have an alloy rad, my voltage was somewhere similar to yours a touch higher, hopefully we will both be ok now eh, I bought a new battery today as well just to be safe

Little Update:
After a few PM's asking was I selling the old girl, i thought id drag her out to give it a wash and see what should i do. Charged the battery up on Wed & started 1st time since putting it away after ND, then it died I just left it & came back today with some petrol & re-tryed. NOTHING, took the plugs out, gave them a quick clean & fired & purred 1st time. Once it was warm i took it for a gentle drive round the block (sideway) i forgot how heavy the clutch was & how crap these shonky things are, but one thing i made me do was smile & think id be daft to sell it. So fo rthe 1st time in a long time. I LIKE MY CAR
Just a quick wash, didn't bother polishing it....
The new RB sticker...
Nothing new under here apart from the battery....
Only plans ive got is to change the head, whether it's a lighty ported head or just a decent standard head. Apart from that, it just do a bit of paint to get rid of the stone chips, find some wheels & see if someone will do an underbody resto on it as im too lazy Then try & enjoy it when it next comes back out.

Still looks great Paul. Mark (cossiecrazy) is starting an underbody resto service i think. Maybe worth PM'ing him?
