Ur car is gonna be fat wen its done the only thing i would do different is bin the renault engine i had nothing but problems boot it too hard and the headgasket goes lol put a 2.0l zetec in it then wen u get used to it tune the engine, also the ultimate would be to get a sieraa back diff and gear box and make it rwd now that would be wicked

latestinstallment guys...painters quite busy so hes not started it yet...but he assures me he will crack on with it next week...
In the mean time Ive been sorting out my head...and the cars head too lol
valves out (no spring compressors so a big hammer and a socket done the trick lol)-
rocker assembly removed-
then got the head skimmed (took 20thou off to raise compression a wee bitty lol)
then gave it a lick of paint (excuse shite pics paint was just on lol)-
sorted bits to go to the powdercoaters too-
cheers

popped into the bodyshop on friday on my way along to the girls house to see how he was getting on. conversation went like this-
painter- "Bad news, Ive found a hole in the sill"
me- "shit"
painter points out hole and says- "Ill need to phone ur dad to get him to weld it"
me- "gimme ur welder n half an hour n Ill have it sorted"
painters face said it all lol
me in my decent jeans and a WHITE t shirt on my back getting burnt by sparks lol
got it all welded up n the welder was impressed...I managed to only set the car on fire twice and burn a hole in my finger lol but its all good heres a few pics-
excuse shite welding the welder was rather small and I was still half cut from the night before lol
body all ready for primer-
