got a bit more done the past couple of days...
ordered a load of galvanised steelbolts and nuts to replace the originals with and got in a lot of parts Id ordered aswell.
New front calipers, front and rear wheel bearings, bottom ball joints and track rod ends.
removed a cat1 toad alarm from a van that was going to the scrappies aswell (labelled all of the wires to help fit it aswell- pain in the arse as most of the wires are black with it being a cat1 but got there in the end)
assembled the front wishbones-
painted front calipers red to match rears-
pressed in front wheel bearings-
fitted a new seal to one of the rear calipers as one was burst-
new rear arms from renault (Ł100 each! but got trade discount also ordered a complete clip kit for the car)-
rear beam layout-
fitted coilovers to hubs-
fitted rear dampers-
new track rod ends-
will hopefully receive the rest of the bolts at the start of the week and Ive also ordered grooved front and rear discs so will hopefully receive them early aswell and get the car back on its wheels

got a bit more done today
had to get spacers made up for the rear discs as I didnt have the old ones-
then fitted the discs and calipers-
then fitted the standard steelies on the back which were rather tight to the calipers lol-
then lowered it and fitted the torsion bars back in-
beams rather close to the chassis lol-
roofs a good 2 inches lower than a standard corsa c lol :P
cheers

got the garage to myself today so decidedto crack on with the car.
got the coilovers assembled after waiting a month on top mounts still need the big washers for the tops though.
bolted the brakes on one side to see which bolts I need to order aswell. Then decided I want to smooth the sills completely so started rubbing one side down.
pics-

Looking good, another few steps closer to completion.
Planning on finishing it over the summer?
Where did you get the spacers made up - i think i'll need to get a set made up when i change over to using cosworth callipers on my car.

wll heres anoher update folks. Goodridge brake hoses arrived and my EBC green stuff pads. Also my bits from renault appeared too.
So got the coilys mounted and fitted the pads and hoses then bolted on he steelies only to find they catch on the fecking calipers...kinda knackerd the paint but Ill redo them neway...had to make up some "spacers"(3washers stuck together with tigerseal) to bolt the wheels on and finally got it on the deck
would love to meet the guy that thought up the colour scheme for the pads...green n pink lol-
check the camber lol-
still sits quite high thanks to no engine but still got an inch on the coilys to wind it down some more...also found a guy to do the painting for me
