Y reg MK3 XR3i Rebuild
I thought it was about time i posted sum pics of this project I started in January. The original intention was to fit a 2 new wings and front panel all genuine and supplied with car due to the light damage to n/s/f wing. Then was going to be a daily runner and leave the esc cos in the garage. Unfortunately it didnt stop there! After realising how rust free it was for 24years old and that its better condition than both the series 2's ive had, I decide to give it a spruce up. Just been resprayed today, I have a series one kit including grile and spoiler to go on. All it needs then is either the 15's refurbishing or a polished set of 7 spokes and a nice specced turbo engine but this will have to wait till after summer. Heres the pics anyway any comments appreciated.
