search for renault 5 gt turbo.

presume you are in a different country to have not seen 1 before?
to be fair they were pretty legendary in their day and can be made damn quick.120bhp and weigh about 700kg ? 0-60 in 7 secs standard. poor build quality though but awesome fun to drive, especially with 200 + bhp! closest thing to go kart driving on the road

I take it you not from the UK or Europe? They were sold European wide as far as I know and were Renos "hot hatch" version of the Renault 5. The Renault 5 GT turbo was a 1.4 push rod engine running a T2 turbo on a carburettor. They were around 120bhp and 0-60 in 7.2 standard. They came in phase 1 and phase 2 models, the version above is a phase 2. This is all from memory so don't quote me exact figures.

Here are a few pics of mine, ran 20psi boost and was on the bump stops. HKS EVO6 exhaust:

Where I am they crush cars nice and quick. so a car like that would of made it to some cheap guy and when he/she was done with it it would of been crushed. (no offense intended).

it actually dosnt look to bad in the bigger pics.

never seen one though. one of my freinds had a opel turbo that was similar. I think it was opel..

later.
