That´s Great!!!!!!!!!!!
People says knows the car....but i must tell you that i´m 25 year old and i have seen this car in my first Cosworth album photo i had make when i start enjoing this propulsion carssss in 1993...... I´m from the north of Spain(Basque Country) and when i was child, there was one of these machines(RS Cosworth) like yours and the colour was the same one(more or less)..... They are great!!!!! Now at the moment i have one(Sapphire Cosworth 2wd), my friends have 5 or 6 (4x4,2wd like yours...my sapphire 2wd is one of the lastest of the specie one)....
My Sapphire has only 204bhp but i´m so happy with them...... I must go to UK and see more about Cosworth, nowadays is so easy to travel around the world so...
Cosworth is Something REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi mate
i have not got a clue untill it's remaped , but the last time i took it on a rolling road with the t34 i had 350 bhp that was with the cam timing out by one tooth and a knackerd turbo exhaust housing
this gt30 can make a gen 500+ with the right spec engine
my engine was'not speced for this turbo but it should still make a gen 440bhp with very little boost
i went for the 1000cc injectors so nothing is on the limits the duty cycle will be very low with the 1000cc
same as the turbo runing very little boost will should not suffer from too much heat or over spining
engine and turbos dont last long when you have got everything on the limits heat kills them, I know i have killed a few turbos and engines
im not chasing figures all i wanted was a bit more power after 6.5k and this turbo gives me what i want without the sacrifice of lag
it comes in the same time as my T34 with .63 but kicks twice as hard
the good thing i like about my car is the handling , everything is metal to metal and adjustable
cheers Marco

it changes the postion on the selector which then forces more presure on the bulk rings ,and they do put more force on the syncro's
the T5 can not handle quick changes

Quality motor pal. How does the shell cope with everything being solid mounted? I have just purchased front and rear suspension setup from a grp a 4x4 saff rally car, beam, coilovers etc.,most is 909 parts, and even the diff cover has an integral solid mount.
Now obviously the car they came off had a full weld in cage, but i will be bolting it all to a standard sierra or saff shell.

thanks
to be honest the 3dr/rs500 shell is the weakest shell of the lot but it still copes with the stuff on the car , in an ideal world if this was 100% track car i would have had it seam welded and caged
