this is my homemade boot install not brilliant but doe sthe job

its a bit dirty as ive had engine parts in the boot and havent had time to clean the car yet

Mine is a home made one...............did it myself!

as far as cost depends what ya want..............blue perspex was around 250 for an 8x4 sheet, then there's the fibreglass ,that took around 250 for materials but then it took 2 months to do!

fibreglass 'stalls are popular at the mo ...but leather and alcantara are nice m8!

thats tasty fellas hey iv noticed that in all the mk4 builds no one has removed those tatty parcel shelf sides with the original speakers in em is ther a way of lobbin them or makin them match any ideas fellas

I went for subtlety on my old Escort Cossie, so made an MDF false floor so most of the masses of wiring is hidden, and then this is what it looked like. I did this all myself over the winter when the car was laid up.

basically its best to leave them in

becaus ethen you can get a stealth shelf to hide everything

the shealth is almost the same colour as the holders



its not actually that hard to do a boot install if you set your mind to it

basics is if you want shapes then follow the curves what your after and make a cardboard template

then mark onto mdf

good starting points mate

good luck

and all depends on what you want to do

nice mate that kinda looks like ash rs's dash he got pulled for it he wasnt appy coz how come you can have sat nav in dash but not a dvd screen?? the principle is the same shorly
