My 1989 One Owner Series 2 Escort RS Turbo *Update 02/04/06*
Hi all,
Ive removed the original description first posted in May of last year. I mentioned that I wanted to get my underside done for this year. Well over the previous winter months I was freezing my aRSe off in the garage getting to it. Some of you may have seen my "underside tidyup" thread in the rebuilds and restorations section to see my gradual progress of things. I got the car finished for the show season this year and enjoyed it very much
I've now decided to bring the car out again (April 06) and use it for the shows this year whilst an engine build is slowly happening as and when fund's allow
This is How The Car Is As Of Now:
Car is 89 G
1 Previous Owner from new.
56k original miles
FFSH
Standard Engine (Not Chipped)
7Psi
Samco Boost, Water & Ancillary Hoses
Mongoose Exhaust
300MM ST170 Front Brakes
Cosworth Rear Discs

ABS Removed
Lowered 25MM On PI Suspension (Soon To Be Changed)

Twin A Pillar Pod With Autometer Ultra lite Boost & Water
Heater Pod With Autometer Ultra lite Oil Pressure Oil Temp Volts
Rear Opening 1/4 Windows With Green Tint Glass

nice motor mate i should of kept my white r.s well pissed of with seing these mint looking white r.s turbos, maybe i should respray my black one.

can see em now mate, absolutly mint, love those rims, how much did you lower it by?
Lowered it by 25MM PI shocks N Springs.... it has gone down about 50 odd tho!
they drop low! lol and one of my tyres is rubbing 
lol

Not too hard to get hold of, got em off peteh from here, top man You can still buy the opening rear 1/4 green tint glass from ford around Ł50 a side, it is the rubbers and hinges and caps that are more difficault to source but if sum1 is breaking a S1 u r sorted! and just need the glass Cheers again for all your comments
