Hi,
No I did not have to mod the arches at all. The car is dropped by 25mm on PI shocks and springs, although it has come down a bit more than that it is at a perfect height really, not too low but low enough to look good.
Dont get any rubbing on full lock either

Lucky man - mine rubs on any tight-ish corner (if there's an incline too then you can really smell the tread getting rubbed off)
All you need is the original indicators and spot lights back on and you'll be laughing
Love the exhaust and roll-cage!!

Oooo.... thought this one had sunk and never to return to the top Hi mate, thanks for the comment. I did have a few niggles here and there but these were just things that I was un aware of, I mean the wheels will go straight on the escort you don't need spacers like the sapphy etc but, you can't really get away with just using your standard wheel bolts in the wheels as they only just grip the wheel and as the garage who fitted my tyres said, they run the risk of pulling through the wheel So, you get some wheel "nuts" with the alloys but as the alloys are made for the mondeo they are the wrong sort, but they have these "collets" around the edge of them which when tight obviously fit into the recess of the alloy perfectly. I had to take the angle grinder out on all 16 of these and use these colletts over my original wheel nuts and that did the trick! I know other people with these wheels that did the same, you probably could buy some collets on there own but dunno where from!
That was the only real snag I had....hope that helps.......

dragging her back up again mate !!!
couple of questions :
1st off, that rear decal you changed....how easy was it to do? did you have to cut back the paint underneath, how did you get the old one off and is it a Ford sticker or a replica?
2nd, how easy was the suspension to do? ive got koni adjustables coming tomorrow hopefully just wondered how long its likely to take to change?
cheers adam!!

Rich,
The rear decal was easy to do, no need to cut the paint back or anythign, just need to rub the old sticky residue off which comes off with some elbow grease (although I didn;t doi mine properly so will be getting another, lol) Got the old one off with a sticker remove blade, basically a flat blade and as it is flat to the paint it dont scratch, u just gotta take ur time and do it slowly and u will be ok! Oh, and the old one will not come off in one as it has been on there many years!
Yep ford sticker, i got finis if u need it, and price, think it was Ł12.50 all in with VAT, i think it is the only one ford make now (apparently)
Suspension my mate Ryan done, well he did most of it really, but easy enough to do, just need spring compressors for the fronts and some good tools and ur sorted, should only take a couple of hours really. (I would get a confident mate to help tho)
