Problem is, what do you do if you like Fiestas but you're 6'5"?

I like that pal.

Nothing wrong with being different.

It needs a posh badge on the front like a bmw badge then people would like it more.

Why, thank you Glenn. I fit in it more comfortably than a Mondeo, so was somewhat left with it as a default. I'd do a 1.7 swap, but the current 1.6 has only 66k and is absolutely sweet as a nut, and totally oil tight, so I'm going to have to think carefully on that. It does have the mandatory Ramair induction kit though.

I'm after an ST interior, or possibly the leather Zetec S interior next.

Nowt wrong with a Fusion. We've had the wife's 1.6 Fusion 3 from new in 04 never given us a moment's trouble.
I'm taller still at 6'7" and I can drive it comfortably. 36k on the clock, runs perfick so why change it?

Thanks fellers.

As well as being lofty I'm quite broad, 52" chest. My bros mk4 Mondieu feels a really tight squeeze, and I've actually got more shoulder room in the Fusion. Can't even close the door on a Ka unless I lean over the centre console, which isn't a terrible good driving position.

I quite enjoy the Fusion. It's A bit different, but it's dirt cheap to run, reliable, and most Fiesta turning parts bolt right up so it's cheap to fiddle with too. Win win.

loads of head room, but find the other halfs one, very uncomfortable, as a driver or passenger.

PS you need some bigger wheels now

Aye, bigger rims under consideration. Probably MK6 or 7 ST rims. Eyes peeled. The current rims have a nearly new set of rather excellent Nokian Weatherproofs on them, so they'll probably get refurbed and used as winter rims.
