Default E92 & Alpina B10

Decided to give the cars a quick wash today while the rain is off. Only taken on my phone, I am hoping to get the Alpina back out on the road soon and get some better pics

Nice motors.

What's Alpina? M power is bmw's in house performance dept as such.
Is Alpina the same or independent?

Always wondered.

That is nice.

One of my exes was going to buy me one. It was a very old one that was sat at the back of her dads mates garage. He did some work, the bloke never paid so he kept it.

It was solid and just needed a good clean. When she went to look at it it was marked Alpina all over.

Split up before she bought it me. Was proper gutted!

I think this shape BM is one of the best they have made. I was watching a few on ebay and they go for peanuts. A hell of a lot of car for the money.

Mine is the 3.2. I think they are almost 540i performace with 525i economy. Lovely comfy motors that soak up the miles. They can be had quite cheap these days

I love my mates. I can remember we were going to a car show and my mate said without lookin at the speedo what speed do you think we are doing. I said about 90.

We were doing 140 l0l.
