It does make me laugh when people put there highly tuned turbo charged cars away in the colder months of the year

When its raining and you have something special then fair do's

But all summer all we here is intercooler charge problems this and is my cooler working right etc

The best time to drive these cars is on a crisp January morning when the air is nice and dence and charge temps are at there best

I just don't understand it why t.hey all get put away
Just wash it 2 or 3 times a week

Well said matey.Plenty of wax oil on the floor and chassis legs.A car is there to be driven and like i said of mine was a 2 owner from new with low miles it would be getting locked up for winter. I just wanted a clean usable that i could drive.I used to lock it away when i first bought it that was because my dads mk31.1fiesta was cheaper to run.

Nice mate.

Can't fault you for using it in winter. I used mine all through winter the other year and it was great fun.

Exactly mate. I think my car was actually more reliable when it was used regularly. The only issues i had were caused by me abusing it and driving like a tit.

Looking good for the winter mate.

They really do drive so much better on 15's. but we love the way these look on 17's and 18's so we sacrifice lol

I dont think its that bad on the frs wheels if im honest. Its a 21 year old car so its not gonna be a smooth ride compared to modern car.

Yup I had all the right places painted.. And that's all it needed... Makes a much nicer car and satisfaction knowing my cars never been welded or needing any...and no filler or repairs anywhere.... Now it gets abused Paul ...

I can imagine it gets abused with 400bhp

Couldn't believe the mileage when you told us at MSD! That car looked like it had 20K on it lol.

I'm afraid I prefer the standard wheels too.

I don't like the look of 18's on Sierra's they just look too much - especially the design of the Focus RS wheels.

17's are the limit for myself, but of course 15 inch drive soooo much better - especially in the winter.

What is the winter like in UK? How cold is it and do you get a lot of snow?

It snowed last nite so there was a bit of a covering. Just pored water over the car then set off for work.

Got the car a bit sideways a few times. It was fun.
