I should have my ST next week so looking at ideas on modding it. Id like to see your pics of your ST and the mods you have done. I'm looking at a cat back system a remap and also filter. What do you have and recommend?

Mods are,

Milltek 3" turbo back exhaust system with sports cat

K&N Induction kit
Race+ Map
Genuine 19" RS wheels
Eibach hubcentric spacers and lowering springs
A fair few cosmetic modifications.

Good for about 300bhp / 350lbft!

Like Jay said, they are a bit harsh and give a little cabin rattle, but compared to the standard one its great, it sharpened up the gear changes lovely.

I only paid Ł35 brand new and when i can be bothered i will get a polybush kit from Matt lewis instead.

I found it was a little harsh at first and after a few hundred miles it was fine. Sharpens up throttle response and gear change and gets rid of that annoying clunk when driving at low speeds.
