Tesco Momentum 99 is what the ST really craves, runs so much smoother and pops and bangs much easier haha

Mine averages 25mpg with mixed driving. Never noticed any difference between 95 and any of the super brands either.

That's it, 95% of the time my ST is used to ferry my 7 month daughter about, do the shopping, and boring shit like that, for the other 5% of the time that it gets the shit kicked out of it it isn't worth it!

32mpg on a run is bloody good imo

so when mapped what are they 280-300 ponies thereabouts ?

they sound lovely in the passing thats for sure, just wish i didnt have to do a 70 mile round trip for work

Mapped they are around 250-260 - need other mods to get more unless the mapper doesnt know much and just ramps up the boost.

ST's were designed to run on 97 - on the fuel cap it says this - BP Ultimate recommend according to filler but never ran right for me.

Average when playing 12mpg
If being careful 24mpg

Alot of people only get low twenties at best but thats what puts alot off.

I used mine everyday and used to cost around Ł120 a week in fuel and only live 16 miles from where I work haha. I got better mpg at stage 4 than I ever did as standard or even stage 2

How come you had Mondeo wheels on it?

My old one at the mo.
thankfully the new owner is sound and is doing more to her.

Didn't realise they were 20's. They don't look out of place on it though.

I think it is screwed or bonded. I'll have to text him and find out.
