most of them are engine failures, and I bet the engine failures are down to stupidity when building them or turning the bleed valve.... I've never witnesed a car "blow up" on the rollers, big ends aye but never complete disasters...
The ones creeping out of rollers., well I guess that's the problem with small rollers...cars creep out of them and don't have far to go before they find a solid surface to get traction

3:50 isnt on a dyno, seen that video elsewhere and they just wanted to kill the engine.
To all those worrying about dyno's.... Dont. As long as you take it to a respected tuner your car will be safer on the dyno than flooring it on the road as everything is monitored.
