My D reg S1 has a little wash (more pics added)
although it was not that dirty anyway i thought i would spend some time with her give her a little shampoo. Plus i had to take her up the road and show her off as i spotted another S1 owner fitting a stero which had a nice set of Voodoo's on
One of the Engine but i have not got round to buffing it back to shiney yet

hi james
Got to take it back to Ford and get them to do the bonnet again as its bubbled up like a rash.
unfortunately there is more rust along the doors and other places but what do u expect for a car that has not moved & been sitting in the rain for over 2 and half years. I will get it all sorted in good time. i need to get the car running correctly b4 i will turn my attention to the rust

Just one question though.... did they paint the wing with the body kit on, or was that just a trial fit?
I like the standard look you've acheived, looks 100% better now

Ian : looking from the other photos i have , it looks like the wing was spray after the kit was put on, I know what your getting at though mate and has made me think what it looks like underneath
Furry : "i was buddys with the kiddy who had it before him"
not friends anymore ? kiddy ? that dont sound good , if i understand correctly he is the one responsible for popping one of piston's right ?
Had a friend who is a MOT tester go over the car yesterday and it needs a little bit of welding either side of the footwell. few electrical probs sorted and a the fueling sorting ( running twice as much fuel
6% CO ) easy things and not bad for a car thats been sitting about for 2 and half years
