BMX has got alot to answer for

 

Weel, good news on the bike front...

all i ahve done to it i snapped the cable for the cycle computer and.... split the r/h grip sligtly lol

ive still not seen it tho, its currently locked up in my mates garage lol.

well, i wont be riding it again for a while

 

little update

today after 7 weeks and 2 days, my cast was removed thank fuck... the smell was fucking terrible

i now have an aircast boot that i am to use for the next 6 weeks as and when needed. ie i can walk a bit around the house unaided, but if im going to be on my feet for a bit then i am to use the boot.

first thing i done when i got home from the hospital was to jump in the bath lol.
washing the manky old skin off was stomache churning, so fuck breaking a bone ever again

yes i did get a few pics, but they are on my phone and i currently have no way of getting them off just now onto a pc....

 

Thankfully I haven't broken anything, just dislocated my ACJ after going over the bars on my mountain bike. Much better than when I first did it
