Cheers for all the good comments thought I'd update this as there has been some pretty big changes going on
First of all I had a little accident and slid into the back of a tt luckily the woman was more than happy for me to pay to get her car fixed without goin through the insurance so was very lucky there so because of that I've had to make anther debadged grille what a ballache! Looks like this
Also finally gave me the push to get the focus st mirror indicators fitted
I also have smoothed wings ready to go with them

ready to go in, roll on tomorrow!
So a run down we arrived at the workshop at 9 on Friday morning and got started straight away. Lee stripped the dusted down and put the new parts and cams in whilst me and jack stripped the car down. Friday was finished with the car ready for the new engine and the engine ready for the car.
Today was a bit more eventful the fuel vacuum pipe had broke off the tank luckily my mate bought my other one and that was that sorted. Jack fitted the new powerflex arb bushes and the engine went in! With the engine in they soon plugged the loom in and connected the hoses and before I knew it it was ready to turn over! Only problem was euro car parts the useless muppets they are sent 4 wrong coil packs before we had to bodge the old on to progress. So with the engine turned over for fuel and oil pressure it was ready to fire! Nervous moment as I had never heard this engine run and luckily it fired straight up and sounds sweet! once that was sorted the rest was plumbed in and as they say the rest is history.
Now I've bored you all here's some pics

Done ready to go home after 2 days!
So I now have a full st engine conversion with
Mongoose manifold, sports cat and cat back with an awful tailpipe hope to change soon
Mountune cars
60mm throttle body
Cosworth 200 spec cams
Full urban camo samco hoses
A/C removed with new aux belt and pulley
New clutch and slave cylinder
New water pump
New aux tensioner
New idler pulley
New plugs
Magencor leads
All new fluids
Powerflex arb bushes
B&M quickshift
Remapped at amd Essex with an estimated 180bhp as was too low for a power run on the rollers
And I think that's it!

Lol I know dal only took me 18 months but it was always a case of when not if and I'm so glad it's done it feels mental! I've only ever driven my car on the road and I've been driving 3 years now I've been told its a fair bit quicker than a standard st but I've never driven one of them either! Lol
