Yes its totally standard ,and I,m pretty chuffed with it , couple of jobs to do though
...
Lower engine mount rubber,new rack,drive it for the summer ,them fight the urge to GTI6 it in the winter

nice looking car.as someone said they a rare breed nowadays.lovely nippy little car though and handle lovely
It,ll be plenty nippy if I do decide to put a gti6 motor in
And you forget( after 5 years without one) how good the handling is!!!, its a proper go kart..
I,m just waiting for the rest of the parts to come, to make it 100% mechanically use it this summer then probably big brakes,koni,s or billys,engine etc,etc,etc for next spring

Why not have one as a daily driver, galvinised body,30mpg,classic insurance,cheap parts,cheap to get a decent one,and still get plenty of admiring glances,,Oh nearly forgot to mention all the fun you can have on the way to work and back
