oryt lads i was at santa pod today (jap show) with my mate in his nissan s14a and walking around only one car realy stood out to me which was this escort it looks a beast any one no any more info on it.

 

I know is was missing a cambelt at the Classic Ford day !

 

Its been built up for drifting. RB25Det engine and box. Bulkhead cut back to get it to fit.

 

 

it looks mean best part off the show for me lol only over cars that i like wear the evo 3's. some awsome motors just not my cup off tea.

think it is 2wd since its a drifting cossie...but most important. do you have any VIDS of it så we can hear the sound???

 

Yeah I will start a thread in the projects section I just wanted to get the car done and featured first it's due to come out in performance ford soon I've had the shoot done just waiting for it to come out now. It's now running rwd as yes it is built for drift unfortunately I don't have any vids yet the only one I have is of it on the rolling road. It made 421bhp before nitrous and just under 550bhp with nitrous. Although now I'm just changing the engine as I've decided to go n/a for smoother and more instant power as did have quite a bit of lag with the t70 turbo here is the dyno print out and the two drops in the graph are not the power dropping it was the air temp sensor from the dyno touching earth and making graph go funny


Like I was saying I'm going n/a now still rb25 but no turbo but on throttle bodies still going for around 300bhp then 400bhp with nitrous

Anyway I will start a project thread later so any of you interested can keep a watch on it plus I will be at ford fair so I can be seen there aswell
