Very nice fella, i had a mint standard pearl white 5 a few years back and i say mint, sold it to a renault sales man, then about 6 months ago this 5 flew past me in grey with a horid body kit on, looked at the reg and yep it was my old one, was heart broken the state it was in.
Morale of the story, good on ya for the way it looks! just like a 5 should do.

Cheers everyone, havnt been on here for a while, thought I'd pop on and perv on a few saphs and rs turbos!
Been a bit busy with the old 5 lately, while the weathers been bad she's been in the garage getting spoilt
Iv got a spare engine goin in that has been rebuilt, new pistons, re ground crank, ported head, new liner seals etc
My old engine had a few oil leaks the whole bay was a mess, the good thing is though it's projected the subframe and other parts from rust.
The gear box was coverd as well, a bit of gunk and elbow grease soon made a difference
After
1 of 9 shades of tungsten grey, luckily I got the rite one lol
Powder coating can get addictive
New bush's, track rod ends and ball joints
Few new parts pretty much nearly everything
Rolled her out for a wash today, couldn't bare the dust anymore
Hopefully have more progress soon, thanks for looking
Benj.

how do passionford!
been a while since iv posted, iv just been looking at some fresh series 2s on here, iv been thinking about them a lot lately
engines back in, new liners fitted, had the sump powder coated as well. the bay is going to look oe with a few modifactions. even got the original rocket cover stickers.
got the standard t2 back on for running it in make sure everythings fine before the boost goes up. the t25 will probs need a rebuild anyway theres a bit of play and the seal isnt too clever
hopefully have her on the roads in a few weeks though

That is absolutely stunning mate, my Brother used to own a Tungsten GTT a few years back and I've had a soft spot for them ever since then Keep doing what you're doing mate 'cos that's a perfect looking 5 and it just keeps getting better & better
