When I was in Turkey bout 15 years ago they were still making them new, not sure when or if they stopped. Was quite strange seeing absolutely mint Cortinas driving about, usually with a pair of domestic house speakers on the parcel shelf pumping tinny euro-pop!

Taunus was the Ford model wich was maded for more time... 55 years!!
1939 to 1994... 17 generations: G73a, G93a, G4b, P2, G13AL, P3, P4, P5, P6, P7a, P7b, TC1, TC2, TC3, TC4.
It was made in Argentina, Germany, Belgium, South Africa and Turkey.
